In today’s world, we, the people on Earth, want to live a mindful, peaceful and happy life and to achieve it we have that find our own ways. After the Corona pandemic, lifestyle, behaviour, perspective, everything has changed. Human beings have a tendency to make life complex and love to struggle to seek attention, sympathy etc. from family, friends, acquaintances etc.

We need to understand the rules of nature to live a better and harmonious life. In this article some very important points I am going to share with you all which bring magical change in your lives.

Let’s come together and start practicing to align our mental universe with the external universe to achieve the ultimate goal of our lives. To begin, we need to check our mental health, which is very vital in today’s environment.

 In this whole world, we live to talk to one person who is very close to us and that is not your spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, friends, relatives, lovers, none of them. It’s you who is constantly talking to yourself while you are awake or in sleep.

We all know our thoughts are very influential and that they can create or damage us tremendously. In the present time, mental health is a new buzzy word in the world where every individual has some or other issue related to mental health.

Mental health is nothing but the flow of your emotions in certain situations or circumstances. First and primarily, it’s OK to react or respond whatever way you feel like.

Emotional balance is key to having amazing mental health with which you can take better decisions consciously. To bring that emotional stability below are some of the very common and natural activities which one needs to follow with full discipline and faith to have wonders in this lovely life.

  1. Meditate at least 15 mins a day
  2. Walk daily in the morning and evening for at least 15 mins.
  3. Close your eyes and imagine the most beautiful way of your life, the way you wanted it on a daily basis and when you get time.
  4. Listen to the music you love
  5. Play with children
  6. Read inspiring books
  7. Keep distance from your mobile phones for at least an hour daily
  8. Give time to your family and friends, talk to them and here talking means real talk, not gossip or pastime things. Start discussing quality things related to you and your lives together.
  9. We need to understand people will not act or react as per our will. We have only control over our emotions and actions.
  10. Connect daily spirituality to the idea which makes you feel happy.
  11. Smile a million times a day
  12. Be thankful for life every moment
  13. Love yourself
  14. Be kind and graceful to others.
  15. Take deep breaths to feel better and positive in every situation.

 There are so many more things which we can do to feel better and happy in life, like cooking food, playing outdoor games, playing with pets, sleeping, smelling the best fragrances which you like, like perfume, and so etc.

These are very small yet effective acts which one can do at any cost.  Irrespective of your colour, caste, creed, ethnicity, culture, gender, the above things everyone can have in their life. But we never give importance to these things and struggle to find peace and happiness outside, only inside us.

Start loving yourself. Try to make a better version of you from yesterday. Be hopeful; always think something good is going to happen to you. Everything happens for a reason and that reason always sends you to betterment in life.
