Coronavirus Pandemic gives reason to humanity to review and reconnect with not only with your loved ones but also gives you an opportunity to build a new relationship with nature by resetting your inner-self.

There is no doubt that this pandemic hampers human race so badly, that experts thinks we take years to overcome from this. It might be possible but what my gut instinct says yes it takes a year or two to become normal once scientists and doctors able to invent medicine for this non-curable disease.

We all know the side effects of this Wuhan Virus very well, thanks to media houses all over the world. Yes, there is uncertainty and fear in the society, but something magical and positive is also happening simultaneously. 

Let’s look out the positive things happened due to this Pandemic:

We all use to make hue and cry about time, every one of us so busy that we don’t get time for our family and for ourselves. Lockdown gives you 21 days and now almost confirm of 15 days extension on the same. You can do lots of positive things during this interlude but as per human physiology what we like is entertainment mostly negative. I ask you all to don’t fall in trap of news channels and social media during this phase.

Connect with people in real life virtually and how one can do this! One talk to people (family, friends, relatives, acquaintances) over phone calls and try to make this conversations productive by not involve in gossiping or rumors.

Two spend quality time with your family try to bring creativity to surface by initiating activities like meditation, making drawing & crafts, cooking food, etc help us to develop strong relationship with our loved ones.

Three it is most important try to listen people rather speaking, judging and proving your point of view.

Four learn people skill read about human psychology, philosophies to develop better understanding about human beings.

Five learn patience which key to survival and success of this lock down.

All these activities need huge courage, which is not cup of tea for everyone. We can pass on various unnecessary arguments and fights just by smiling and keep ourselves clam. These will give us hope and self-confidence to overcome our fears and uncertainties.

Now, this is real surprise as we are seeing how nature re-balancing itself without humans. Rivers, seas and oceans gets their beauty back pollution reduced at remarkable levels. Wild life again coming back on track and all this is happening without our involvement. We got time to spend with our loved ones. Power, Money, Fame etc is of no use what's important is small things which we ignores. Now, clear your mess not only physical but mental and reconstruct your life purposes by aligning it with nature. Learn etiquette's of following rules of nature if you want to enjoy life.

Ironically, we humans thinks that we can control everything and due to this illusion we get lockdown ourselves today by creating this pandemic. Keep aside your hidden motives, selfishness, negative mindset of harassing others.  Build bond with your roots by reading good books and literature's start following good values and culture in family. Avoid the thoughts that you feel only you knows and handle everything, what you say is always right etc. Try to understand others view points, develop and practice to have learning attitude “very easy to say but really it requires guts to fallow the same”.

We think that we stuck in our houses yes its true but rather seeing it like this we should focus on how to fight against these odds. By following above points we can surely able to come out of this adverse situation together.

 Lockdown, Quarantine, Isolation whatever name we give but it’s time to inculcate our mind, energy and thoughts by cooperating with nature this is only best way to fight with this pandemic called Coronavirus and ultimately accomplish peace of mind and love which we was searching in money, power and possessions, but today we got to know we can have peace of mind and love only by spreading love, affection, kindness, care with integrity, selflessly not only to each other but everything we associate in this world.  

Be Optimistic and keep your hope alive and spread good deeds to get back the same. Take care and stay safe wherever you are now, enjoy the moment you are into because this time will not come again in your lives.

What to do while Quarantine due to Coronavirus
We all know the seriousness of Coronavirus nowadays and its impact on our lives. Almost, whole World is lock-down these days. Doctors and Scientists are hassled to discover medicine for such a dangerous virus developed by China.

But this piece of writing is not on how Coronavirus impacts on our lives we all are aware about that and following necessary guidance  issued by Government from time to time. We are going to talk about how we can spend our time in most productive way in this lock-down so that we can feel a sense of satisfaction and learn new things about life.

Our goal is to stay in peace and happiness this only is possible if we make our deep connection with nature, this lock-down provides us an opportunity to spend our time with ourselves and find meaning to our lives. Now, here is a question that how we can find our life purpose and how we feel sense of satisfaction in such a scenario!

Let’s have a look over this question and try to find solution to that. Today we all stuck at our homes though, we have a lot of time to find ourselves and work on various skills and gain knowledge not only about our career, job or business, but also more curious to find knowledge and made connection with universe with help of spirituality. Let’s dig it little deeper:

1.       Have a day plan on daily basis:
We are considering this Quarantine as holidays and to some extend it is true but here we have to save ourselves and hence we stuck in our houses so far. We do have an opportunity here to work and to bring the best version of ourselves. To get this result we need to follow a routine with a day plan and spend time on working on our skills.

2.       Meditate, pray & exercise daily:
It is known to all of us but we become so lazy we didn’t work out; when it comes to give knowledge over it we drain it over others. So no further details just ask you all to begin with little steps in this direction to get amazing results by doing meditation, exercise and prayers daily.

3.       Be positive that this phase will also move on:
Today, social media and almost every news channel is busy in giving you lots of information which develops fear in minds that we start believing on the rumors and fake news created by them. Stay away from all these mode of information & don’t involve in it all time. It’s just a phase which will also be passing on if we follow necessary guidelines provided by government. Believe me their is always an opportunity in adversity and uncertainty, so think positive and open to start something new after this Coronavirus pedantic.  

4.       Smile a lot & believe in God:
Smile gives you positivity and hence as we are getting frustrated because of this lock-down and many people are quarantine and isolated that they don’t have anyone to talk with, in such a scenario where everything is against us, to stay positive one need to do two things one keep smiling and two have full faith in God and connect yourself with universe through meditation.

5.       Spend quality time with family:
This is very important thing which we are doing now, but to bring quality discussions with in family is important don’t get isolated with your mobiles and internet or with TV. Keep aside all this things and have real discussions which develop strong bonding with each other and nurture our relationships. Things you can do like cooking food together then have your meals together, play some indoor games with family, pray together to almighty, listen good music, do exercise, yoga or dance with family it keeps you fit physically and mentally etc.

6.       Develop habit of reading good literature:
It is very difficult thing but to grow our minds we need to read good literature and books, Reading requires courage, courage to spend time with books which calls for concentration. We are living in the time of TikTok & WhatsApp where we lost our patience level which hampers our mind at large. So save your mind and create something creative by using this quality time which will never be coming back.

7.       Think about logic's and be rational in thoughts:
In this Quarantine or lock-down we have to develop our rational things don’t get involve in rumors, gossips or any kind of religious non sense. Have self-confidence that your rational thoughts will help not only you but people associated with you in such a way that their life may affected in positive way or in negative way and it all depends on you on haw you can lead your thoughts to make an impact on others.

8.       Help others who are near to you:
Give yourself reason that build faith in you and other that humanity is still alive in the planet earth. It only is possible if you start an act of kindness for the needy. It doesn’t matter how big the act what matters is how much humanity is inside that act of kindness. To do this you don’t need to go outside your houses, you are already doing act of kindness by isolating yourselves from outer world at the moment. Just follow the instructions and guidelines issues by government and authorities and support not only society but make your contribution to save yourselves.

Above we have seen the things which one should to do now have some light over things which we need to avoid excess usage:

1.        Social media
2.       Television & specially news channels
3.       Mobile usage
4.       Poking nose in others life
5.       Going outside house for a while
6.       Don’t get panicked by the rumors
7.       Don’t expect  too much not only from others but from self
8.       Don’t be over-confident
9.       Don’t be too much pushy
10.   Don’t lose hope in any situation

Hope these points will help you to recognize that how much big responsibility every one of us have in such a dangerous situation which we humans are facing today. We have to keep aside politics, and make efforts with humanity to bring life to normal. Once everything back to normal, then we will take corrective measures over the notorious people and countries who are the real cause of such a situation.
