As living beings, we all go through several feelings and emotions in our life. In some we feel happy, sad, responsible, irritated, lonely, amazing, grateful, joyful, fear etc and the way we react to each emotion differently in different situations. We as humans who are social animals who love to communicate through verbal or non-verbal ways consciously or unconsciously. Out of all such good or bad emotions our energy also gets released positively or negatively. Fear is one of the biggest emotions which every single living creature feels at so many instances.

Dealing with emotions is an art to some extent and is a science too to some, as we all know India is one of the emerging economies in the world where lots of new happenings on every aspect take place aggressively. India is third globally economies in the world where 4200 startup takes birth on an average out of which 90% of startups fails due to lack of various factors and out of all that fear is the biggest one.

Being an entrepreneur is one of the coolest and biggest achievement but to be a successful entrepreneur is the one who overcome with his or her feelings and put clam and stable in every situation and which means to say to overcome fear. We all are aware of what fear is all about and experience on various occasions of life.
We are in the process of creating the best version of ourselves and in this sometimes we get to deal with known problems sometimes new problems and depending upon our mental and physical level of connection with leads us to cope up with any of the situations on daily basis.

The reason why I am writing this article is because on every minute every single individual is feeling fear of one or the other thing, some can able to deals with it that sounds great and some get stuck and which leads to depression, loneliness, unwanted etc feelings so I am here giving you some of the tried and tested techniques which helps you to overcome on such an emotion.

JUST BREATHE:

Usually, when anything happens dramatically wrong the first response of ours is we stop breathing and our heart beats gets very fast and which leads to increase anxiety and due to which our mind stops responding. Just make a note as whatever the situation occurs don’t stop breathing just breathe slowly first bring your conscious back and then take deep breathes for few minutes and definitely you will start getting a better response from your mind.


ACQUIRING KNOWLEDGE:

One of the major reasons for one’s panic or gets into fear is lack of knowledge on how to deal with the particular situation. As you bring back your breathe now look for solutions and immediately act on the same to overcome on such situation. To acquire knowledge the easiest sources available are people who already deal with the same situation before, then books read as many books as possible which give you a perspective and helps to deals with the same. Nowadays as the internet makes a world too small you get lots of good material on the same to deal with.

CONTROL IMAGINING:

One activity we subconsciously do when we feel fear is to imagining so many negative things related to that particular event, place, person or thing. We as humans get this power to handle and control our imaginations and to divert the same on any aspect in which we want to. Usually, meditation and yoga are one of the best ways to control and back to the first point focus on breaths and you will find some good relaxing and refreshing ideas in the process.

DON’T LOSE CONFIDENCE:

Once fear comes first we lose breathe and the second thing we lose is our confidence and this is the key where everything we deal with may become a dire one or we can divert it to a boon with the help of self-confidence. Confidence comes with knowledge and having trust in your gut feeling. The mind generally follows a mechanism and we need to keep reminds him that you are capable of dealing any situation again and again. Everything starts with the thought and if we think then we can do anything no matter how big it is. TAKE ACTION:

Fear freezes us to not to take actions and perform things because fear is all over us and we don’t even realize that we get in control of a situation rather put our control over the same. As fact of the matter is feeling fear and pressure we can’t avoid we only channelize our thoughts and divert them to the new horizons of greatness or to the new levels of weaknesses, in both the scenario we need to respond as there is a saying in management “ Never React, Always respond” well fits into the point.

Now just come out in a fresh air take some deep breathes and admire the nature around and you will find a new positive energy flows into you and will take you to the new journey of life where you don’t feel fear rather you are equipped with how to deal with the same and this is how show must go on.

Let’s take time to make a note of your fears and start responding to them in your own creative way with the help of these simple yet most effective techniques to overcome fear. Sometimes you need to disconnect yourself from all dramas of Maya and reconnect with Karmas and with little bit of spirituality and you will explore the unexplored in all this process one thing I can guarantee you that you will enjoy and learn new things so stop worrying anymore just believe in you and you will find a way to destination…
