How to handle Negativity in this Pandemic
These days, we are breathing in the state of affairs which we all are not at all ready mentally, emotionally, financially, personally & professionally. Covid 19 changed whole perspective of living life on planet Earth.  As we all are in Quarantine since last few months and now everyone is under pressure to make a mark of endurance. There is a saying “Survival of the fittest” now this is tricky as far as human behavior is concern, if anything happen; our basic reaction is to attract our energy  towards pessimistic thoughts  and not on optimistic one in any situation and we giving up on people & relationships which actually matters in life and running for acquisitive attraction.

There is no hesitation in saying that this  pandemic condition is an extraordinary situation which comes after 100 years this will for sure makes radical  impacts on our lives in negative ways, many of us will die for sure with his and the reason is  most people on this whole World gets affected badly with their health, relationships, finances etc. Yet this is control only when we able to develop vaccine and till that time we have to keep our mental immunity high, because then only you enjoy life in such challenging situation & with vaccine influx life gets back to regular as we are living before this deadly disease.

We astray people, businesses, jobs, our savings everything, most importantly our relationships with people as we all are in the stress many of us lose self-confidence because of such scenario. We put in extra efforts to knob various problems which once not at all a crisis. We are running against the odds now. Cases of Covid19 are increasing day-by-day it’s getting tougher to survive yet we are trying to overcome with the consequences of this virus on our lives.  

Keeping expectations are good but we need to understand this every expectation get fulfilled once the time is right, till that time we have to keep faith and trust in our near and dear ones. Everyone is running behind money and in present situation the normal rotation of money is not available which leads to fear, lack of confidence and distrust but is it right way of thinking! No never.

“Let me tell you the harsh reality, this situation of this pandemic is going to more worst in coming months, so don’t loss hope and keep your focus and believes in each other this is the only way out. Definitely, this condition is temporary but we all don’t know that how long this temporary situation will going to normalize.”

We are emotional and this days we get hurt very often from people whom we never want to get hurt, Understand one thing here, even they too never want to hurt you but as the time is not favorable in any way shit happens sometimes. Solution for this is give time to yourself and people associated with you.

Today your health is most important everything else is secondary. This uncertainty brings so many fears in mind, distrusts, risk, depression, negativity, panic, failures and anxieties this adverse situation, we fight back this by courage, trust, faith, hope and love. Only thing we need to understand is:

“If you lost Money, You lost Nothing,

 If you lost Health, You lost Something,

If you lost Character, You lost Everything.”

 Hence, as stated above if you not lost Character then every other thing can regain and not only for survival but in profusion every single promise is delivered. You just have to loosen up you’re the rope of expectations from people, life you dreamed off, have “trust” that your every expectation will get respect and is going to fulfill in the way you wanted and this will only possible if we  stick together this will create wonders together in life.

Further, here are most important 3 points through which anyone can remove any kind of negativity especially now from anyone’s life. So let’s go through them in detail:

1.       Have Patience, don’t react to people or situation:

In this present stressful scenario, we must avoid arguments as much as possible; try to understand each other’s mental situation and frustration through which one is going through. Don’t compare yourself with others and keep your expectation low for a time being as the time is not favorable for even survival. People do not understand this and if any situation which doesn’t suit them arises they try to run away and not facing it. So have trust on people whom we call and include in our family.

Yet, be graceful and if someone don’t want to see you or don’t want to stay with you never force them if they meant for you they stay despite of any situation. Biggest trouble is that we lost patience in ourselves now because of pandemic frustration and we start reacting on our relationships, try to avoid it because there is no option called “giving up” for such a temporary situation.

 2.       Take care of people who loves you and vice versa:

What we are doing in this panic situation is we lose our frustration on our loved ones and keep them hurting unknowingly, I know you never want to hurt them but unconsciously it happens as we are so much attached and carefree for our loved ones that we have confidence that in any situation they will never leave us even if we hurt them then unknowingly.

But here is the key that our loved ones too are humans and have their own problems and panics so better help them to handle their problems without adding your frustration to it, else situation will be worst and then you only try to save things but you feel like you already lost. Don’t get into all that just love them unconditionally and let the fate decides keep ray of hope alive that by speaking truth and accepting the faults can save so many misunderstanding and give you peace of mind.

3.        Stop Over thinking and Over analyzing things:

Over thinking and over analysis kills any relationship, in this Coronavirus Pandemic we all have so much of time to think over things and even if we are working. We over analyzing things & situations which are not there at present moment. Stop doing that from immediate effect else you will lose everything and you get stuck.

And if, such situation arises ask for forgiveness to them & return everything to normal. Being regretful is not an issue if you loves the person and if someone hurts you then it’s your responsibility as well to forget what had happened and try to understand they not meant hurt you and if they feel guilt for that then you have to show up courage to forgive them as we all are one, this happens due to over thinking and analysis leads to possessiveness and obsession. So divert your mind in other work and have conviction in people around you.

These are the most important points we need to adopt in our daily lives. Have faith in God and believe whatever you started in your life i.e. its business, job, relationship etc. Everything needs time, you have to nourish it, nurture it and have that belief that yes we together can come out of any situation and this will give you inner peace and unconditional love.
